Shipping policy
Due to limited store hours and/or staffing shortage, shipments can take one to seven days after the customer's purchase to be processed. Customers will receive an email stating their item(s) have been prepared to ship with a tracking code.
If you did not receive an email notification, please call the store during business hours at 410-956-2434 or email us at sales@thepaintedcottagemd.com.
Once the item is shipped and is with the shipping third-party we can not guarantee when the items will be delivered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Local Delivery
If you pay for local delivery, please type in your order notes of when you would like it to be delivered and any other details we need to know before dropping off your order. You can also call the store during business hours at 410-956-2434.
Due to staffing shortages, deliveries are not guaranteed to be delivered the day of when the order is purchased.
Local Delivery fees are non-refundable.
